Refund policy

At Nuraya Gifts, every item is custom made especially for you, personalized with the name of your choice. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than standard products.

Personalized Items
Since each necklace is made to order with your chosen name, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The name was misspelled due to our error (not yours)
- You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please contact us at nurayagifts@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and the issue. We'll make it right.

Non-Personalized Items
If we ever offer non-personalized items, standard returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
